The first American to be accepted into the new Circus program at the prestigious Danshogskolan in Stockholm Sweden!

Wes attended the live auditions in Stockholm June 10th thru the 14th. With only 68 candidates invited to audition out of 200 applicants, simply coming to the audition was an honor. The auditions involved tests of physical strength, endurtance, flexibility, theater skill, and a demonstration of your own specialized skills.

At the end of the week the decisons were made and only 16 new students were chosen, only one was a juggler, only one was an American. Only one was Wes Peden.

That's right, after years of dreaming of going to circus school Wes is now attending school in Sweden.

The actual college is the acclaimed University College of Dance in Sweden called Danshogskolan. find the online at www.danshogskolan.se

Wes will be enrolled in their neocircus program which is the new home of the circus school Cirkus Cirkor www.cirkor.se

His tuition will be covered by scholarship, but he'll need to provide for his own flights, housing and other living expenses and show proof of savings in order to get a student Visa.
